I didn't build RiddickanCo because I wanted another business.
I built it because I lived the problem.
Before I left the Navy, I spent years trying to figure out where I fit in the civilian workforce. I knew what I had done. I had led people, taught others, audited programs, managed quality, and worked in environments where every detail mattered. But when I started looking at civilian jobs, none of it seemed to translate.
It wasn't until I stopped looking at job titles and started looking at the work itself that everything clicked.
That's what RiddickanCo is about.
